Woke up early and took a cab to the beach today. Hmm.. reached there about 6+ and started with my training. 2.4km jog and some roller blading and cycling. Managed to clockin 12mins for 2.4km, roller blading and cycling was normal. Headed back home for a swim. Did 25 Laps non-stop and then slack awhile. Stamina training. Anyone keen to join me?
